Congratulations! Now that you are closed and you are the homeowner of the property, you can move in. Within a couple weeks of moving in, you will receive all kind of solicitations in the mail from companies looking to sell you stuff.  If it is something mortgage related, call your specialist to see if it is a deal or a scam.  Much of it will be garbage.  If you were happy with the experience of your real estate agent, mortgage specialist, and others that were involved in the transaction make sure you tell others!  So many people only tell others when they are unhappy and forget to share the good experiences.
